Techags
Sorcerers with Artefacts of Dead Civilisations
Humans and other sentients who know how to adapt the artefacts of vanished civilisations to their own use. In backward sectors they are feared as sorcerers; in developed ones a squad of well-equipped soldiers can deal with even a strong techag.
